I volunteered as a photographer and videographer for the inaugural Napier Student Film Festival. I also took on the role of projection master and video editor.

A documentary looking at Ben’s childhood experience with an undiagnosed condition. This final second year project is now in its festival run and will be released as soon as possible.

My first commercial project was to create a promotional video for Devils Avocado. A theatre company offering film workshops for acting students looking to break into the industry.

This is a collection showcasing a selection of my best works spanning from the early years of my career until September 2023.
2022
Our final term one project was to re-create any scene from a film. We chose Taken. An action-packed film that leaves no room for creativity. I think our take is equally as memorable.
2022
When applying for university, I was asked to submit a film in response to a specific brief. “The Restricted Mind” was created within three weeks for Edinburgh Napier University.
The set brief was ambiguous: ‘work’.

Within my first term of studying film, we were tasked with producing a 2-minute film with 8 shots. We had to document a space.
My group chose The Underpass.
2021
My Media A Level required me to create a music video based on a brief. My set brief was a ‘love song’. I had to represent ‘two different social groups’, ‘target a 16-24-year-old mass market’, and ensure the video was ’emotionally engaging’.

Created as part of a group project for the BFI Film Academy Residential Course, It’s Your Turn follows the empty space Kyle feels after losing his best friend Sam.
Filmed in two days, this film was the first production I had been a part of.
