‘to josh!’
Directing this project was a lot of fun. The purpose of the film was a creative exercise focusing on workflow and communication between departments. With 6 weeks to develop a script and film. The quality wasn’t the focus or intention; however, I am happy with the whole team’s effort in the project.

Inspired by true events, Ava finds herself in a powerful position after she finds out her sugar daddy, Josh, has a wife! Jess organises a date from Josh’s phone in the hopes of meeting the girl he’s been messaging. Once in person the two bond over the trash of a man they got to know.
Overhearing a news report about a hitman website, Ava’s need for money confronts her morality; without Josh, how will she afford rent? After a few drinks, they both find the idea of killing Josh absurd or do they?
